Exista site-uri unde sunt listate proxy-uri socks disponibile gratis, deci o cautare pe google cu 'open socks proxy romania' ar trebui sa te duca la cateva rezultate. Nu toate vor fi valide, din pacate va trebui sa le incerci pe fiecare in parte. In Strong DC la 'File' -> 'Settings' -> 'Connection Settings' va trebui sa treci hostname-ul si portul (si username-ul si parola daca pentru proxy-ul tau sunt necesare). Apoi incerca sa te conectezi la hub-ul dorit. S-ar putea totusi sa nu functioneze pentru unele hub-uri, daca acestea sunt configurate sa nu accepte conexiuni prin socks proxy. Spor :) !
